Give this stair workout a try for a no-equipment full body burn!
All you’ll need for it is some stairs (obviously) and a good amount of motivation. As usual, the harder you work, the more you’ll get out of this workout.
Remember that you can always modify any of the exercises to make them harder or easier for yourself. Just make sure they’re at a level that challenges you and pushes your fitness level.
Here’s what you’ll be doing for this outdoor stair workout:

Timer setting: Stopwatch
Find some stairs, then complete 5 rounds as fast as possible:
15 Box jumps (up the stairs)
10 Elevated push ups
10 Squat tuck jump combo
10 Burpee tuck jumps (5 each side up the stairs)
30 Elevated knee touches
15 V up in/outs
Hold nothing back!

27:30 and I’m done! I feel wretched! After rd 1 I had to break up into mini sets all except box jumps and incline push-ups. How did everyone else do?
