Whew! Tough one 🙂 ended up doing the elevated pugs ups from my knees. Thanks for another great workout!
Nice! Those are tough. I’m still working on getting my elbows in and chest lower – keep pushing and you’ll get there with time!
Was focusing on proper form for the jumps and my ankle was fine 🙂
